New Nail Obsession =)

Hey loves, I've been gone way to long from the blog world -_-

I'm enjoying this lovely Sunday catching up on some of my favorite bloggers finally.

Since recently, today, I went through all my nail polish and realized I literally threw away 1/2 of my collection. Since nail polish as well as cosmetics "do'' expire.

Wow..Bummer right? Tell me about it. 

Any who  recently I found a new brand of nail polish that I'm totally in love with. 

My mother actually introduced me to this brand. 

"Cosmetic Arts"

I got two colors. Both of them are neon's of course. 

Summer is almost here. One yellow and one pink. 

I've already used the pink one last week but totally forgot to take a blog picture about it.

Ugh genius me. 

So for the sake of this review/blog post I decided to paint my thumbs, lol. 

Now the colors are very bright the brush is also great quality and leaves no streaks while applying. 

I see with this brand I would have to put 

maybe an extra coat on  than I would normally do, but the color payoff is amazing. 

Just throw a top coat and girl you are ready to take over the world ;) 

Def. going to get more!

Makeup tutorials!? ^_^

Ok so I wanted to talk about makeup tutorials. 

Most of you know that I use to do them religiously. 

Boy, do they take a lot of time.

 That's one reason I took a long break. 

But I am going to be back doing celebrity/inspired looks. 

Now that I have more time.

I did light foundation, no bronzer/blush

On my eye's I did a light brown cut crease look

M.A.C  Rapidblack gel liner

Prestige lip liner in `Diva`

Mascara I used was `Falsies` by Maybelline 

This look was inspired by Kourtney Kardashian because of her minimal use and less dramatic eyes. But still ever so sexy.

Hey babes! Wow, it always feels like forever when I skip a day blogging -_- 

 Any who this blog post will be about this awesome candle company that I recently fell in love with. I  did a mini review about this on my vlog channel `MaryJLovesLife` and just wanted to share with you lovely bloggers that didn't catch it! >.<

The company OneCaratCandle is amazing. Their candles are such great quality and the smells are just a burst of awesomeness! Such bold smells but nothing overwhelming. I am so excited to find out about them.
And lucky I did through youtube. 

The scent I got was in `Apple Slice` and it is my favorite smell when it comes to candles, that and `Linen`.

I believe this is a fairly new company which explains the small selection they offer. They sell candles for 19.99 USD, for 13oz of goodness, you cannot complain! 

Ohhh the smell >.<

They also offer a candle combo for 69.99 USD for all four.

In my mini vlog review I mentioned the one thing that makes these candles unique than any other I've seen is that each candle contains a pair of earrings!
OMG How cute is that?!
It says each candles contains a pair thats worth anywhere from 10.00 USD - 3,000.00 USD.
 Which is just an added bonus to the already delicious smells they give off! What an idea, right?!
Well if you loves haven't checked them out, I highly recommend it.
 Def. if your a candle lover. ^_^

I did dig my earring out because I couldn't wait any longer, boy I lack patience and got this out, lol.

They're cute, was hoping for the trillion dollar earrings but oh well, maybe next time I'm lucky >.<

OOTD =) Kim Kardashian Inspired

Happy late Valentines Day lovelies! 

Here's an OOTD I wanted to share with you guys, 

This particular outfit was inspired by a one Kim Kardashian wore a while back. 

I basically wore a striped cardigan singed with a black waist belt.

 This cardigan is long enough to hide my backside. 

Of course because I am wearing these black ankle leggings from http://www.forever21.com

 and so are the black booties, which I was so excited to finally wear. 

My purse is from TODs .

Well that's pretty much it for the outfit! >.<

So hello lovelies, the weekend is coming to an end. Ugh!

I've stumble across this site online a few months back. 

The website is called Markpoulin.com and they specialize in stearling silver jewelry.

 I got 3 necklaces and a ring, one necklace I gave away to a family member. 

Which was the larger out of the alien/heart pair.

 I had quite enough time to test the quality and longevity of these items. And I am quite impressed! 

I'm a sucker for cute packaging. What can I say. So they won me over. The jewelry comes in specially designed boxes with little characters that feature in their line! Ugh the cuteness of it! 

Secondly the jewelry itself is pretty sturdy not the cheap stuff you find in the accessories section in your local stores and some websites. 

I am allergic and will breakout off the cheapest metals like tin, cooper, and fake silver. 

These are one of a kind pieces that are designed by the amazing mark Poulin!!

Since having some pieces from his collection they have not broken, tarnished, scratched and is lasting thus far. I am extremely pleased! Their prices are amazingly affordable ranging from 26.00 USD on up. You can't beat that for good quality fashion jewelry >.< 

Great little pieces to get any time of the year and Mothers day is around the corner!

No Heat Challenge & Hair update =)

Hello lovelies! 

Okay so as some of you might know I've been on this biotin challenge, to achieve a more healthy head of hair. But I wanted to go an extra mile and do the`No Heat Challenge`. As I noticed some other bloggers were doing this as well. So I got motivated and said to hell with the heat. Even though I've paid good money for my heating tools. I'm going to have to give it a rest! Oh the horror!! 

O_O

Also taking biotin since November has really improved the appearance of my hair.

 Giving it a softer and shinier touch  woot woot! But also most importantly preventing split ends.

 I practically have no split ends!

 First time in my life. Hehe. >.< 

Besides my hair getting healthier I noticed a little growth which I am pretty surprised.
I took pictures of my hair when I started and will be doing a picture update in April
so I can really see a difference. 

I'll be wearing my natural hair from now on. And its thick/wavy so to kind of settle it and give it a more even texture I am loving the Argan oil from Eden Allure in junction I also use the coconut oil from Ultimate Organic which has stimulating properties which I use every other day when I do the head massage.

Hey loves, hopefully you are having an amazing weekend!

As for me I am having a lazy Friday well needed from a long week.  

So any who since I have time to blog, I am doing this review on a perfume.

This is by Ed Hardy `Love & Luck`.  Which was a gift.

I think part of the reason this was given to me is because of the packaging and presentation. Anyone that knows me knows my bedroom has a oriental feel and theme =) Besides this being such a pretty piece to have the smell is quite invigorating. I describe it as a deep, earthy smell with a hint of vanilla. A very warm smell if that makes any sense, lol. 

As you can see in the picture the bottle is technically almost done. 

Its a smell I would purchase myself in the future.

I use to see these in Sephora, but I believe they do not carry them anymore. I'm sure you can find these online or at any Macys'. They have every perfume!  ^_^

These normally go between 20.00 - 75.00 USD and come in different ounces.

Hello loves today I am sharing with you just a simple OOTD

It's more of a casual chic type of outfit.

 I am wearing this enormous stripe off the shoulder knitted sweater by American Apparel. 

I love the illusion that it gives off of being a v-neck sweater 

with a white cami underneath but in reality it's plainly just a one piece. ^_^

Jeans are from VANCL and just my all time favorite Magli heels.

I just love wearing big loose sweaters and jeans, I think it just makes the sexiest outfit sometimes.
